The seminar will be back-to-back with another election related topic entitled, “How To Prepare Your Statement of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCE) to be held on the following day, April 16. (It’s crucial to understand SOCE given that 785 candidates at present are with notice of disqualification from Comelec with grave penalty of perpetual disqualification for the second offense.  Moreover, there are now 27 forms on SOCE to be filled up by candidates compared to 11 forms in the 2013 elections).
